Why The hunt?

Give your employee engagement a positive energy boost! It’s up to the employees to reveal the mystery shopper.The Hunt focuses on the positive results of an experience and the desired behaviour that an employee demonstrated. Did the mystery shopper have a memorable experience and did he/she received the best possible service? If so, the mystery shopper will return to the store to put the employee in the spotlight. Who will reveal the most mystery shoppers; who is most up to date on the brandpromise and brandvalues and which store creates the best customer experience?

The Hunt is for everyone and every industry. Whether it’s a bank, hotel, restaurant or retail store, the game can be applied anywhere. The only strict rule is that all team members and as many locations as possible participate in The Hunt because you need some solid teamwork to win!

The game plan

To understand the game plan we must contact the puppet masters who manage the The Hunt. Most often they are members of our design team, but that is not always the case, it can also be you. The puppet-master makes dynamic changes to The Hunt based on player interactions. They secretly work behind the scenes while the mystery shoppers are interacting with the players.

Another indispensable aspect is an interactive platform (Speakap, Whatsapp, Facebook) or another internal platform for all your communication, videos and pictures. In this way teams can play together and/or against each other which drives excitement and engagement.
